Access is limited to people invited by the matter admin. Accounts are personal; do not share credentials or authenticator codes.

Acceptable use. Upload only documents of the matter you are authorized to handle. Do not attempt to access other matters, test the security of the service without written permission, or use the service to store unrelated material.

AI-assisted results. This tool uses AI to plan searches and summarize documents. Quotes are checked against the stored text; summaries can be wrong. Review the source document before relying on anything. Results are not legal advice and privilege hints are not legal determinations.

Activity log. Sign-ins, searches, document views, downloads and admin changes are recorded and visible to the matter admin.

Disputes. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration; class actions and class arbitrations are waived, to the extent permitted by law.

Availability. The service is provided as is, without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
